Election Law

KBB provides advice to its clients relating to the procedures required by law to hold an election, as well as the procedures relating to initiatives, referendums and recalls.  This advice frequently requires the preparation or review of the documents involved in such matters.  KBB also handles litigation relating to elections, including writs of mandate and election contests.
