Dark Fiber

KBB has significant experience with municipal dark fiber networks, from creation through development and to implementation.  Specifically, KBB has drafted and negotiated agreements for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of dark fiber networks established by a city (including agreements with network hubs and data centers), and drafted and negotiated dark fiber use agreements with small and large tech companies (such as Indefeasible Right of Use Agreements, License Agreements, and General Terms and Conditions) including addendums for use of dark fiber, colocation, and level 1 transport services.
