KBB is experienced in negotiating and documenting all aspects of real estate transactions involving public agencies and private parties and have originated many of the forms of documents currently used by practitioners in this field of law. This aspect of our practice includes negotiating and drafting exclusive negotiation agreements, options, ground leases, statutory development agreements, disposition and development agreements, owner participation agreements, loan documents and related instruments needed for the full range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects.
