Conflicts/Brown Act/Public Records Act

KBB provides advice to and representation of its clients with respect to conflicts of interest, open meetings laws, and public records requests.  Such representation includes the drafting of conflict of interest codes and advising clients with respect to the Ralph M. Brown Act open meeting laws, conflicts of interest laws including, without limitation, the Political Reform Act, and the California Public Records Act.
